Our delivery partners are DPD and Yodel. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can track your parcel. DPD or Yodel will contact you to advise you of your delivery slot.

Please be aware the parcel may be left in a safe place (which is done at the driver’s discretion). If you know you won't be at home during delivery hours, please provide an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.

Order by 1pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery.

Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Next day delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only and excludes the Scottish Highlands and some remote areas.

Please note, working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public & bank holidays.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping (including shipping to the Channel Islands) on our website. If you wish to have a product delivered overseas, please contact us via our customer support portal here, and we will provide you with a quote for the shipping. Please note orders delivered overseas are on a ‘no return/exchange’ and non-refundable basis.

If you are happy with this, please send us your full shipping address and details of the product(s) you wish to order and we will obtain a shipping quote for you.

Please note that if our shipping partner is unable to deliver because of a mistake in the delivery address provided to us or because no one is available to sign for your order, we reserve the right to pass on to you any additional shipping charges arising from the failed delivery.
